Brascojewelry reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC”

- Once you have completed your online purchase on the website, we will email you to confirm that your order has been received and to confirm the details of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

- We will accept your order within five business days from the date of the confirmation email referred to in subparagraph 5.3. It is at this point that a sale agreement will come into existence between you and “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” under these regulations.

Terms of payment

- You can pay for the product(s) with your Visa or MasterCard, Credit or Debit card or via PayPal.

Delivery

- All of our products are delivered by FedEx secure shipping.

- We will dispatch the product(s) without undue delay.

Order cancellation

- You have the right to cancel your order for any reason with us within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product(s) at no additional cost by sending us your written withdrawal notice or email to infosc@brascojewelry.com. Your withdrawal notice, email should include your name, address, description of the product(s) which you would like to return and the invoice number. The cancellation period will expire 7 (seven) days from the day after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last of the goods.

Return/Exchange policy

We want you to be delighted with your jewelry and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

- You have 7 (seven) days to return/exchange the product(s). We assume no liability if the product(s) is damaged or lost in transit, therefore we highly recommend that you use secure shipping services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or similar to return the product(s) to us. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, please, specify on your email the Size/Reference/Description you wish to exchange for.

- You will be required to cover all direct costs of returning the product(s) to us. Should you choose to cancel your order and withdraw from the sale agreement, we will refund the full price of the returned product(s).

- We will respond to you within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of your signed withdraw notice. We will refund your payment within 14 (fourteen) business days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, if we have received the returned product(s) by that time. We assume no liability if the product(s) is damaged or lost in transit, therefore it is in your best interest to keep your shipping documents.

- If you fail to return the product(s) to us, we may charge you for the costs incurred in collecting them from you.

- The product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We may only accept changes to the condition of the product(s) if such changes are result of using the product(s) in a manner necessary to check its functionality and/or characteristics. To avoid us having to reclaim the product(s) or its value, ensure that you pack the product(s) securely and return it to us, preferably by the FedEx, DHL or UPS secure shipping. You may be requested to pay the amount by which the value of the product(s) has decreased as a result of any other deterioration of the product’s condition.

Repair policy

- “Brasco Jewelry Designers LLC” takes responsibility for delivering its product(s) free from any defects.

- You may request the product(s) to be repaired or obtain a refund if the ordered product(s) is (are) damaged or faulty on receipt, or if the product(s) you have received is (are) not the products you originally ordered through the store.

- Please note that all our products are handmade jewelry and may contain some imperfections. In addition we use 14-carat and 18-carat gold in our products which may fade over time, therefore we assume no liability if gold used in our products lose any of its brilliance or any other damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging.

- If you wish to repair, please specify on your repair form what you wish to repair.

- Spend completed repair email to us infosc@brascojewelry.com . To avoid us having to reclaim the product(s) securely and sent it to us, preferably by the FedEx, DHL or UPS secure shipping. Please retain your shipping documents.

- We will respond to you within 10 business days from receipt of the signed repair email.

You may

(A) Request that the defect be remedied; or

(B) Request a defect – free product

- We will cover the costs of (if you wish to repair) the delivery of the defect-free (correct) product(s).

- The refund of the product’s price will be made using the same method and to the same bank account from which the original payment was made, or if the consumer so requests, in the form of store credit or any other free-of-charge method.

- Our liability expires within one year from the date on which the product(s) is delivered to you, unless you have notified us about a defect or incorrectness before the lapse of such one year period.

Jewelry care

- Each of our products is crafted from 14-carat gold, 18-carat gold and silver. Your new potential family heirloom deserves gentle care and protection from the ravages brought on by daily wear, dust and pollution. The brilliance of your jewelry can be preserved at your local jewelry store or even by polishing it with a non-abrasive soft jewelry cloth.

Limitation of liability

- We will only be liable for any indirect and consequential losses, including lost profit, if such losses were caused by our willful misconduct.

- Please note that some of our products may contain sharp endings or spikes which may be dangerous if handled without due care. We will accept no liability for any personal injury, death or damage resulting from improper use of the product(s).

- NOTE that our products are not suitable for children.

- The liability limitations referred to in subparagraph 12.1 do not apply to any damage or loss which cannot be excluded under applicable local consumer protection regulations.

No assignment

- You may assign any of your rights under the sale agreement to a third party only with our prior written consent.

- Content included on or comprising the website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents and/or other proprietary rights.
